Personal and Executive Coach Certification student with an opportunity to
practice coaching and receive real-time feedback from a College of Executive
Coaching Faculty.

sessions are audio taped and the student's five-minute verbal presentation
of their coaching specialty is videotaped to provide the most extensive
supportive feedback to the student.

Continuing
Education:
Entire attendance at an educational activity is required for
continuing education. Late arrivals
and early departures preclude the awarding of continuing education – there are
no exceptions to this policy. 50 CE
Hours for the seven-day intensive program; otherwise 6 CE Hours per day; except
the CCF seminar is eight hours. Psychologists:
CEC is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer
continuing education for psychologists. CEC maintains responsibility for the
program. Beginning in 2002, the
California MCEP accrediting agency accepts APA approved courses for California
psychologists. MFTs and Social
Worker Continuing Education: These
courses meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs and
LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (Provider #
PCE1780), as well as many other states. CEC
is a NASW Approved Provider of continuing education (#886383501).
NBCC Continuing Education: The
College of Executive Coaching is approved to offer CE hours by the National
Board of Certified Counselors.
ICF: College of Executive Coaching's 128-Hour Certified Personal
and Executive Coach Certification is an International Coach Federation
Accredited Coach Training Program. Accreditation
is awarded to programs that meet the rigorous professional standards for coach
training programs established by the ICF. ICF
requires all Accredited programs to state the following:
"Accreditation does not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness of the
training or the student's ability to build a successful coaching practice."
SHRM HRCI
Pre-Approved: "The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR
Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this
program has met the HR Certification Institute's criteria to be pre-approved for
recertification credit."
Cancellation/Refund
Policy:
In general, up to two
weeks before the event there is a $100 processing fee, for change or refund
requests.
Please note that if you are enrolled in the two-day
assessment program, once you take an assessment the refund policy changes for
this program. After you have taken
an assessment, the refund policy is refunds are allowed up to fourteen days
before the workshop, less a $200 fee. If
a course must be cancelled due to a natural disaster, crisis or instructor
illness, the seminar will be rescheduled.
Within
two weeks there are no refunds or changes.
