How to Use Assessments in Coaching Pre-Workshop Preparation:

When you arrive at the workshop you will be given the computer generated interpretive reports of the assessments.  Before the workshop you will complete the following assessments online:

1.        Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II Form Q (MBTI)

2.        Spectrum CPI-260 Coaching Report

3.        Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation

4.        Multi-Rater Leadership Assessment – Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

5.        Auerbach Coaching Questionnaire

Prerequisite:

If you are attending the How to Use Assessments in Coaching Workshop you need to meet the following requirement in order to meet the test manufacturer’s purchase requirements to purchase (although not needed to attend the session) many of the assessments:  Completed a college course in the interpretation of psychological tests, psychometrics, educational statistics or measurement theory.

Continuing Education:  44CE Hours for the full 6-Day program.  Psychologists:  CEC is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. CEC maintains responsibility for the program.   MFTs and Social Worker Continuing Education:  These courses meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (Provider # PCE1780), as well as many other states.  CEC is a NASW Approved Provider of continuing education (#886383501).  NBCC Continuing Education:  The College of Executive Coaching is approved to offer CE hours by the National Board of Certified Counselors.   ICF:  Our 128 Hour Certified Personal and Executive Coach Certification is an International Coach Federation Accredited Program – please see our website for more details.  Certification:  Certification requires separate application and acceptance.  Cancellation/Refund Policy:  In general, up to two weeks before the event there is a $100 processing fee, for change or refund requests.  Please note that once you take an assessment the refund policy changes for this program.  After you have taken an assessment, the refund policy is refunds are allowed up to fourteen days before the workshop, less a $200 fee.  If a course must be cancelled due to a natural disaster, crisis or instructor illness, the seminar will be rescheduled.  Within two weeks there are no refunds or changes.  We apologize, but there are no other refunds or changes.
