These nine-month to one year long programs combine structured training and executive coaching to promote competency in the key emotional intelligence areas most relevant to your industry specific success. In cooperation with Hay/McBer, our accredited users of the Daniel Goleman Emotional Competency Inventory will help your executives assess and develop the competencies empirically linked to outstanding executive success, by focusing on the following key leadership factors:
