75 Hour Masterful Coaching Track
For Graduates of Accredited Coach Training

Provides all the Coach-Specific Training Required to Move from the current ICF PCC Level to the current ICF MCC Level in One Integrated Program

75 Hour Master Track Coach Training Program Starts July 7-9, 2010

Telecourse:  4:00 - 5:30PM Pacific Time
6 Wednesdays from July 28 - September 22, 2010.  Plus one Monday meeting on Sept. 20th, same time.  (No class on August 4th, August 11th and September 8th)

75 Hour Master Track Coach Training Program. Provides all the coach-specific training required to move from the ICF PCC level to the current ICF MCC level in one integrated program. A unique curriculum with senior thought leaders in the coaching field. In-person and Telecourse Format for maximum learning. Limited to 20 participants.

Also includes 17 hours of self-study consisting of reading, written paper on self-chosen coaching subject (CEC may assist with online publishing of student's article) and study of ICF new coaching knowledge competencies. Faculty: Jeffrey E. Auerbach, Ph.D., MCC, Relly Nadler, Psy.D., MCC; Diane Foster, M.A., MCC; Peter Redding, MCC, David P. Peterson, Ph.D., David Mathew Prior, MBA, MCC, and Margaret Krigbaum, JD, MCC, and other senior leaders in the coaching field, including the authors of leading coaching books.

Requirements: Completion of 75 hours of training (up to three telecourse sessions may be missed if work is made up – 100% of in-person courses must be attended); Formal faculty review and feedback on multiple coaching sessions; Completion of all written requirements including written reviews of coaching books and completion of written project; Demonstration of familiarity with the ICF Core Competencies at an advanced level through observed coaching sessions. Occasionally the faculty may deem that additional training is required to demonstrate a satisfactory level of competence to award a certificate of completion; Adherence to International Coach Federation, College of Executive Coaching and relevant professional association ethical standards; and payment of all applicable fees.

Admission Requirements: ICF PCC or graduate of an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program, possession of a graduate degree (MA, MS, Ph.D., MD, JD, MBA, D. Div. or Ed.D.), application and interview. Please note that not all applicants may be accepted. Stated tuition includes a $300 application fee. If an applicant is not accepted 100% percent of their tuition will be refunded (less 50% of the application fee).

International Coach Federation (ICF): College of Executive Coaching’s “Certified Personal and Executive Coach” Program has been accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). All our courses count toward ICF certification and our 128-Hour program is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. Accreditation is awarded to programs that meet the rigorous professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF. This 75-hour Master Track is designed to provide all the coach specific education to go from the ICF PCC level to the ICF MCC level. This program does not meet requirements for mentor coaching, documentation of coaching hours, reference letters or the ICF MCC exam. However, according to the ICF website, completion of an ICF accredited coach training program or holding the ICF Professional Coach Certificate meets the requirements for the mentoring requirement.  CEC is not responsible for any changes that ICF may make to their application process. ICF is considering making changes to their credentialing process.  Students are directed to ICF for particular requirements for the MCC credential and other ICF credentials.

Tuition Information (In US Dollars):
$4,690.00 if paid in full by Early Registration Deadline of June 15th; $5,190.00 after.  (Additional $700 discount for College of Executive Coaching alumni if registering before June 15th -- contact our office)
Only payment of full tuition and successful completion of the interview process guarantees a
placement in the program.  $300 Non-refundable Application Fee. Tuition includes course binder and materials, a dinner and a lunch at each in-person program, several assessment reports but not hotel or required reading books.

Continuing Education: 75 CE Hours for the full program. Psychologists: CEC is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. CEC maintains responsibility for the program. Beginning in 2002, the California MCEP accrediting agency accepts APA approved courses for California psychologists. MFTs and Social Worker Continuing Education: These courses meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (Provider # PCE1780), as well as many other states. CEC is a NASW Approved Provider of continuing education (#886383501). NBCC Continuing Education: The College of Executive Coaching is approved to offer CE hours by the National Board of Certified Counselors. Cancellation/Refund Policy: More than 30 days before the beginning of the program there is a full refund less $400. Between two weeks to a month before the beginning of the program of the start date there is a full refund less $600. Within two weeks of the beginning of the program there are no refunds or changes for any reason. We apologize but there are no exceptions to this policy.
