ICF: College of Executive Coaching’s “Certified Personal and Executive Coach” Program has been accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). All our courses count toward ICF certification and our 128-Hour program is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. Accreditation is awarded to programs that meet the rigorous professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF. Graduation from an accredited program will meet the ICF’s requirements for individual coach certification for student contact learning hours, mentor coaching and passage of an ICF approved exam at the PCC level. ICF requires all accredited programs to state the following: “Accreditation does not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness of the training or the student’s ability to build a successful coaching practice.” This 75-hour Master Track is designed to provide all the coach specific education to go from the ICF PCC level to the ICF MCC level. This program does not meet the requirement for mentor coaching, documentation of coaching hours, reference letters or the ICF MCC exam. CEC is not responsible for any changes that ICF may make to their application process. Students are directed to ICF for particular requirements for the MCC credential.
