Steps to Become a Certified Coach

Here are the steps to become a certified coach through the College of Executive Coaching:

Option 1: Participate in a Six-Day Online Intensive followed by a series of virtual courses. Your intensive training is conducted in six days — this way you complete 44 hours in just one week, so it is efficient — and all the remaining courses are completed via convenient live virtual courses and a few streaming video classes.

Option 2: Attend all your courses — 100% distance learning — without the intensive component. You save $1,600 by registering for the complete ICF-Accredited Certification Program at one time. Learn from the convenience of your home or office. Instead of the six-day Intensive Program, you will attend a special small group course called Coaching Essentials, which is only for option two 100% Distance Learning students.
