The College of Executive Coaching conducted a survey of 101 organizations and found that wise organizational leaders agree: people are the most valuable force in an organization.

In a 2007 study Dr. Bersin surveyed 760 organizations and executive coaching was determined to have the most successful impact, compared to other methods, to develop management and leadership effectiveness. Major organizations such as IBM, Nike, Google, the Salvation Army, numerous federal, state and local governments and non-profit organizations utilize coaching to develop their emerging leaders, increase employee satisfaction, improve productivity and strengthen the bottom line.
