Attend a Six-Day Intensive followed by a series of telecourses. All your in-person training is conducted in six days (and this way you complete 44 hours in just one week so it is efficient) and all the remaining courses are completed via Telecourses and a few DVDs. This is the option most of our students choose. This option enables you to get a jump start by completing 44 hours of training in one week, and having an intensive week away from your regular environment with a core group of coaching student peers and faculty. Then you return to your regular environment and learn a bit more coaching skills each week and put them in practice. This path allows you to register for and pay for classes as you go along. You could take just some of the courses in the certification program or complete our 72-Hour Certified Professional Coach Program or our 128-Hour ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. If you register for an entire certification program at one time you receive a 5% tuition discount.
Attend all your courses 100% Distance Learning. You potentially save $1,000s on hotel and airfare and you learn from the convenience of your home or office. You attend a special course called Coaching Essentials which is only for the 100% Distance Learning Students. This small group, intimate class takes the place of the in-person program and then you enter the other telecourses with other students. The 100% Distance Learning Program is a complete 125-Hour ICF Accredited Coach Training Program that can be paid for in a single installment with a $600 discount or in two installments.
Regardless of which option you choose above to complete your coursework there are additional requirements for either certification path such as documenting 50 hours of coaching experience, completing an oral evaluation of coaching competency and a short essay about your experience of becoming a coach.
