Course Description

In this course, you will participate in peer coaching outside of class, recording your sessions for later analysis. During group sessions, we will leverage Ovida, an AI tool designed to evaluate coaching recordings and offer detailed feedback on the ICF core competencies demonstrated. With Patricia's expert guidance and Ovida's analytical insights, you will gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and areas for growth. You will also have the opportunity to record two additional coaching sessions for self-review, using Ovida to help you reflect on your progress and development. This combination of peer coaching, faculty mentoring, and AI-enhanced feedback offers more opportunities for feedback and growth than most group mentoring opportunities.
