We will deliver a customized version of our Just in Time Coaching Program™ in your organization by our senior coach faculty or we can train your trainers or coaches to deliver the program using our train-the-trainer approach.

Our train-the-trainer program consists of participation at a 1-day Just in Time Coaching Program™ Workshop followed by a day of customized training for your internal team. A flexible licensing agreement allows trainers to conduct our one-day Just in Time Coaching Program™ Workshop in your organization.
